About this story
An antique fortune machine offers a future made of new skills, new faces and nearby possibilities. A cooking class, a woodworking workshop and an open-mic night appear as invitations to try something different and find people who share your interests.
This Halloween story uses a little mystery to explore a practical idea: connection can start with a local outing. For Phoenix Valley residents, SquareMile’s discovery vision is about finding those openings in everyday life. The fortune teller and its visions are fictional, not a prediction service or announcements for specific classes.
